Delivery Time

The production time for orders is usually 2–7 business days, after which the order is shipped. Campaigns, weekends, holidays, and any delays during transportation may affect the delivery time of orders. Please note that although we continuously expand our inventory, some products are made to order.

Packages in Finland:
Packages are delivered via Matkahuolto's XXS or Lähellä services. Please remember to include your phone number when placing your order, so you can receive notifications about the delivery!

Packages in EU:
Packages are delivered via Postnord MyPack Collect. Please remember to include your phone number when placing your order, so you can receive notifications about the delivery!

Delivery Method and Shipping Costs

We deliver orders as packages. The shipping costs include both delivery and packaging fees.

We deliver orders to Finland and EU countries.

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to the address you provided when placing the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do ♡. However, if you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products. Socks, tights, and underwear can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened.

Return Instructions:

Please pack the returned products carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and include your contact information. For a full order return, a handling fee of €4.90 will be charged. Exchanges and partial returns are free of charge. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the costs of exchanges and returns. 

Instructions for returns in Finland:
Tape the return form (returns in Finland) that came with your order to the package and return the well-packed package to a Matkahuolto service point. The customer service representative will register the return shipment. If the form is lost, you can contact: office@dreamb.fi

Instructions for returns in EU:

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the costs of exchanges and returns. Please return the package with the details on the backside of your order dispatch list. If the form is lost, you can contact: office@dreamb.fi

Keep the receipt for the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been completed. The return shipment receipt serves as proof in case the package is lost. The processing time for returns is 10–15 business days. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

*If the return shipment gets lost during transport, Dreamb is not obliged to refund products that have not been returned to the company, unless the customer can prove that the products were sent back. The return shipment receipt serves as proof of the return in case the package is lost.*

Note!  If you want to return products purchased during a "Buy 3, Pay for 2" campaign or similar, the refund will be processed as follows: If you return a product that was free, no refund will be issued as the product was not charged. If you return a paid product (or products) but keep the free product, the promotion will be void, and you will be charged the original price of the free product. We will then refund the price difference between the free product and the returned product.

Exchanges

Exchange for a product of the same or lower price:
You can exchange for a different size of the same product or a product of the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve products in advance for exchange. Please send the product back to us following the instructions above. Once your package arrives and is processed, we will check the product availability and send the new item. If the size you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email once your request has been processed.

Exchange for a more expensive product:
To exchange for a more expensive product, return the item and place a new order. Select "exchange or additional order" as the shipping method for the new order.

Failure to Pick Up the Order
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up in time from the collection point. If a package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will charge double the standard shipping fees for orders that are not picked up. Packages returned as uncollected will not be reshipped.
