Body Care classes are included in UNLIMITED cards. You can also participate in the classes with a one-time fee and with 5* and 10* cards.

BODY CARE FOR DANCERS
The body care class is a comprehensive class that improves the mobility, posture and supporting musculature of the entire body. Good body support and mobility prevent injuries, relieve pain and are a prerequisite for development.
Body Care for Dancers classes are suitable for everyone, but the classes use additional techniques taking into account the requirements of the dance genre. The class is safe for everyone and there are always alternative movements.
LESSON STRUCTURE:
- Warm-up (opening range of motion with dynamic movements, body activation, balance exercises)
- Mobility exercises for target muscle groups
- Fascia treatments with aids or JRV stretches
INSTRUCTOR :
The instructor of the class is Terhi Lahtinen, an authorized personal trainer, trainee barre instructor and martial arts coach. He has more than 15 years of coaching experience.
Terh's sports spark was ignited during vocational school, when he started taekwondo, progressing quickly to black belt and competing with the national team. Goal-oriented sports have always been close to my heart, and with age, listening to one's own body has become an increasingly important value. After taekwondo, Terhi has moved on to dance, which she still enjoys actively performing and competing in different groups.
