Delivery time

The order delivery time to Finland is 2 - 7 business days. Promotions, weekends and holidays, as well as delays in shipping may affect the delivery time of orders.

Packages are delivered as Matkahuolto's XXS or Pick-up Parcel. Please always remember to fill in your phone number when placing an order so that you can receive delivery notifications!

Delivery method and delivery costs

We deliver orders as a package.

The delivery cost in Finland is €7.90 (XXS Parcel) or €9.90 (Pick-up Parcel). Delivery costs include delivery and packaging costs.

We currently deliver orders to Finland and EU countries.

Delivery tracking:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to the address you provided when placing the order.

Right of return and exchange

We hope you like our products as much as we do ♡. However, if you want to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. Socks, pantyhose and underwear have the right of return only for unopened sales packages.

Return:

Please package the items being returned securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your contact information with the return. For the return of the entire order, we charge a handling fee of 4.90 € (for orders within Finland), while exchanges and partial returns are free of charge. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of exchanges and returns.

Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been processed. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost. The processing time for returns is 10 – 15 business days. Once the return is approved, the refund will be paid to the original payment method.

Exchange:

Exchange is only possible for a different size of the same product or a product of the same price.

When your package arrives and is processed, we check the product status and send a new product on its way. However, if the size you wanted is out of stock, we will give you a refund for the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation in your email when your case has been processed.

Return instructions:

Tape the return information label that came with the order to the package and return the well-packaged package to the Matkahuolto office to the customer service representative. The customer service records the return shipment.

Keep the receipt as proof until the return/exchange is completed.

Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return/exchange has been processed. If the return shipment is lost during transport, Dreamb is not obliged to refund the products that have not arrived back to the company as a return, if the customer cannot prove that he has sent the products back. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost.

Note! If you want to return products that you have purchased during the "buy 3 pay 2" campaign or a similar campaign, we will make a refund as follows: When you return a product that you have received free of charge, the product will not be refunded because the product has not been charged. If you return the paid product (or products) but keep the free product, the offer will expire and you will be charged the original price of the product you received free of charge. In this case, we will refund the price difference between the product you received free of charge and the price of the return.

Exchanges

The exchange is possible for a different size of the same product or for a product of the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve products for exchange in advance. Send the product to us according to the instructions above. When your package arrives and is processed, we check the product status and send a new product on its way. However, if the size you wanted is out of stock, we will give you a refund for the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation in your email when your case has been processed.

Failure to pick up the order

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. The unclaimed package will be returned to the sender, and the order will be refunded to the original payment method. We charge 2x the delivery costs according to the price list for the order not picked up. A package returned as an office return will not be sent again.
